Je reprends ce que j'ai dit sur un forum (privé, qu'on a entre potes de fac geek et no life : Ogamers, IRCiens...) :

C'est la faute de la directrice, elle aurait dû déclarer avant sa fête de fin d'année à la SACEM qu'elle allait diffuser de la musique, et aurait payé moins cher !

Tout directeur d'école ou de centre aéré, avant une fête publique, doit prévenir la SACEM et acquitter une somme pour diffusion publique de musique soumise à droits d'auteur. Un organisateur de karaoké, c'est pareil, paie des droits lui aussi.

On avait eu le tour il y a 3 ans dans mon ancienne école, on avait reçu un courrier de la SACEM, mais on avait payé tout simplement sans faire d'histoires, on n'avait pas averti les médias pour ça, faut arrêter un peu aussi, ça fait partie des règles, les directeurs doivent le savoir (la mienne, à Haisnes, le sait, et écrit et paie un mois avant minimum).
